Ninety-six years ago on this day, passes to the other side one of my favourite composers of all time: The great Giacomo Puccini, creator of “La bohème”. Musetta is one of my dream roles; I remember listening to ‘Quando m’en vo’, sang by my dear Anna Netrebko with goosebumps and astonishment on the bus, every way back home from class. “One day… one day”.
